Honda Received Two Awards This Week: Best Value Brand And Driver’s Choice Awards

Honda has just received two prestigious honors this week. The automaker is more than elated to be named the Best Value Brand and Driver's Choice in the same week.

Kelley Blue Book has just given Honda the Best Value Brand award this week. The brand took the announcement to its official Twitter account recently.

Being named as the Best Value Brand is another milestone for Honda. Apparently, the automaker has been receiving this award for the past three consecutive years.

Aside from this award, Honda has received two other awards for its two popular models. MotorWeek has named Honda Civic and Honda CR-V as winners of the magazine's Driver's Choice awards.

Honda could not contain its excitement and announced the victory through its Twitter account. The automaker even included in the caption, "What a week."

Meanwhile, the automaker has also participated at the 2017 Shanghai Auto Show which has just started today. The brand chose the auto show for the world premiere of its all-new CR-V Hybrid SUV.

The all-new CR-V Hybrid boasts of its Intelligent Multi-Mode Drive (i-MMD), which is the two-motor hybrid system. It is also equipped with Honda SENSING suite of advanced safety and driver-assistive technologies.

The new hybrid comes with a 1.5-liter turbo engine. It will be included in the EV family of the brand soon. The new CR-V Hybrid has been announced to hit the showrooms in China by the second half of the year. However, the price tag of the new hybrid has not been unveiled yet.

Speaking of the 2017 Shanghai Auto Show, Honda has also displayed the other new models in its booth. The Honda NeuV, UR-V and the Avancier 240 Turbo can be spotted on display in the brand's booth.

The concept car Honda NeuV is an EV commuter equipped with artificial intelligence. On the other hand, the Avancier 240 Turbo comes with a 1.5-liter turbo engine. Together with the Avancier 240 Turbo, the UR-V is the bigger SUV which has already started selling since last month.
