2018 Seat Ateca FR: Sportier Matched With Power Capable Of 190-Hp!

The 2018 Seat Ateca FR comes in fresh and even more athletic. Athletes are extremely powerful and so as this SUV. Its athletic look doesn't only go skin deep but extends way under the hood. This should be a big hit, especially with its striking red color. It promises passionate performance but not sacrificing the fun driving experience.

The Seat Ateca FR is set to be publicly revealed in Barcelona next month. It is ready to be seen by the public, not as full-blown high-performance SUV but a sportier trim level. It is also positioned slightly below the XCellence range.

The Seat Ateca FR comes with new bumpers and glossy black radiator grille which adds to its sporty appeal. To add to these, it also will come with exclusive LED fog lamps and the FR logos at the front and rear. However, the star of the show (exterior-wise) may have to the 19-inch alloy wheels with 245/40 tires. The side skirts and wheel arches painted in the body color provide that all-important distinctive look.

The sporty look is also coupled with power. It can be compared to an athlete who has undergone some serious training ready for the win. The Seat Ateca FR is powerful under the hood for being powered by 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline motor capable of producing 190-horsepower. There will also be a six-speed manual, DSG two-clutch automatic gearboxes, and front-wheel drive or optional all-wheel drive to be made available.

Also, the Seat Ateca FR is focused on design. Its interior also gets the updated sporty look as it gets aluminum door strips and leather-wrapped steering wheel with gloss black insert. Not only does it scream sporty for its exterior and under the hood, the insides also feel and look that way.

The 2018 Seat Ateca FR launch next month should give more in-depth and detailed specs on the SUV. It is expected to be one of the stars of the Automobile Barcelona Show. This latest SUV should draw in more crowd and eventually translate to more sales as it is made available in dealerships.
