Microsoft Surface Pro 5 Release: Analysts Are Confident With October Debut?

Microsoft Surface Pro 5 rumors continue to float on the mill regarding the possible release date of the highly anticipated 2-in-1 hybrid. New reports now strongly predict an October debut.

Release date theories never run out for the successor of Microsoft Surface Pro 4. Previous report claims the new Surface Pro will come out in April alongside the release of its component, Windows 10 Creators Update.

Then, newer speculations came out saying the April release is no longer feasible for Microsoft Surface Pro 5. The new theory stems from the allegedly staggered release of the upcoming Windows 10 Creators Update, which will affect the release of the new Surface Pro 5.

Now, a new report has surfaced reflecting a different date for the debut of the latest flagship. The highly anticipated tablet is now firmly believed to make its much-awaited debut in October.

Gadget enthusiasts may recall that the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 was extremely expected to be launched last October 2016. Multiple reports agree on this highly rumored release date, unfortunately, the new tablet did not show up in last year's October event.

However, latest reports claim that analysts now firmly predict that the October 2017 is a sure hit for the debut of the Microsoft Surface Pro 5. The October release seems to be the most accurate time to unveil the new tablet as the upcoming Windows 10 Creators Update would have been released then.

Meanwhile, speculations vary in terms of the chip that will power up the new Surface Pro 5. Latest reports claim the new tablet will run with the latest AMD Ryzen chip. Whereas, earlier reports strongly predicted Intel's Kaby Lake chip will run in the new gadget.

Furthermore, other reports say Microsoft might release two variants of the upcoming Microsoft Surface Pro 5. One variant will run with Intel's Kaby Lake chip. The other variant will allegedly run with the latest Ryzen chip from AMD.

Microsoft has remained silent about the release date of the Surface Pro 5. The month of April has begun and still no word about the debut of the highly anticipated tablet.
