NEW DESIGN. On the outside, the 2017 SEAT Ibiza is still coming out with some designs similar to the previous model. It will still have the light shapes and the iconic sharp lines along the body. COMFORT. The 2017 SEAT Ibiza is wider than the previous model. There is enough space for the passengers' comfortable ride, which is also made possible by its longer wheelbase.

The new model's bigger size also results to another level of comfort. The new Ibiza also carries properly fitted, bigger seats to bring more comfort for passengers.

PERFORMANCE. The 2017 SEAT Ibiza now utilizes the latest A0 version of the VW Group MQB platform. The new model is now lighter and stiffer because of the new platform. The new characteristics of the new Ibiza means improved performance and handling.

The new Ibiza has three engine options: 1.0-liter TSI with either 94bhp or 113bhp with a five-speed manual gearbox, 1.6-liter TDI diesel with either 79bhp or 94bhp, and 1.5-liter TSI turbo petrol four-cylinder engine producing 148nhp with six-speed manual box. The latter option is still set to be offered in the later part of the year, AutoExpress reported.
