Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo : The Fastest Turismo of All Time

The Porche's Panemera's newest model, Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo, celebrates its world debut at the Geneva International Motor Show 2017 and dubbed as one of the fastest gran Turismo of all time. From a technological and design perspective, the Sports Turismo has a strong advance technology of the sedan and combines it with a solution, which offers enough space for a small and larger transport function.

The Sports Turismo has a same wheelbase as the standard Panamera car and not an inch taller. Talking about powertrains, the Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo will feature most of the same powertrain option like a regular car.

BMW Blog mentioned that interested buyers can choose among its models- the 330 hp turbocharged V6 known as the Panamera 4, the 440 hp twin-turbocharged V6 called the Panamera 4S and Panamera 4S Diesel. The brand still has the Panamera Turbo and Panamera E-Hybrid.

The Sports Turismo has now a digital Porsche Advanced Cockpit, pioneering an assistance system such as adaptive cruise control with Traffic Jam Assist, chassis systems such as rear axle steering and the Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control electronic roll stabilization system.

The Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo cars are also equipped with Porsche Traction Management or PTM, which is an active all-wheel-drive system with electronically controlled multi-plate clutch. The adaptive air suspension with three-chamber technology is also added as standard to all Sport Turismo model variants.

Prices vary depending on the model. According to Wheels, the Porsche Panamera 4 Sport Turismo cost a little under $110,000 while the 4 E-Hybrid is worth around $118,000. The 4S Sport Turismo and Turbo Sport Turismo is between $125,000-$176,000.

The 2017 Porsche Panamera is indeed one of the fastest cars in its category. Surely, Porsche fans will agree that this car is one of the top cars in the motor show.
