'Game of Thrones' Star Kit Harington Promises A Bigger and Better Season 7; Premiere Date Revealed

Everybody's talking about the "Game Of Thrones" Season 7 after the cliffhanger episode of Season 6. Everyone is patiently waiting for its release date and also the latest update on what is to be expected of the upcoming season. Kit Harrington, who plays Jon Snow, gamely revealed some interesting tidbits about the incoming season of the highly successful series.

Kit Harrington confirmed that "Game of Thrones" Season 7 will be bigger and better. The actor confirmed that production is heavy for the seventh season. Actors and actresses had done more compared to the other seasons. He mentioned that there would be fewer characters that would be introduced.  Some of the characters will finally cross paths. Camera effects are being experimented on. 

Huffington Post reported that there would be fewer episodes during the "Game of Thrones" Season 7. During their interview with Harrington, he revealed that the show will break boundaries this time. The boundaries already met will be pushed to their limits.

Spending more money on lesser episodes will mean that the story will be focused more on its characters? Screen Crush revealed that with fewer characters to be introduced, there will be plenty of character interactions on the old personas that will happen.  Harry Potter star Jim Broadbent had provided some details on his role and other things. However, Kit Harrington is tight-lipped on plot details but assures that the war scenes will be grander and more spectacular.

The "Game of Thrones" Season 7 premiere date has finally revealed through Facebook Live.  CNN reports that a spectacle was created to announce the premiere date. Fans were showed off a block of melting ice to show the date many fans speculated what it was. Viewers were asked to comment the word "fire" to hasten its melting. A glitch happened and turned the entire screen black. A second attempt was likewise born with technical problems.  On its third attempt to go live the big revelation was shown, the ice finally melted and showed that the "Game of Thrones" Season 7 premiere date would be on July 16, 2017.
