‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2’ Releases Final Trailer That Includes New Scenes, New Characters & Exciting New Twists

"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2" just released its final trailer showing exciting new scenes with the adorable Baby Groot. The trailer shows new characters and exciting twists that will happen in the new Marvel installment.

Director James Gunn said that he appreciates the marketing strategy that was put into the film. He explained that their marketing team was able to create a trailer that has a flavor and doesn't give away that much.

Comicbook reported that "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2" continues the team's adventures as they travel through space. Peter Quill and his new family must fight to survive in space, while, Quill finds out his true father.

The new trailer show foes becoming allies and some classic comic characters joining the team. It also revealed the movie's main villain, Ayesha, but it remains unclear what exactly her plans are.

The Independent reported that in the comics this is the Ayesha's second attempt to creating a perfect human. The site stressed that her first attempt resulted in the creation of Adam Warlock.

Adam Warlock escaped Ayesha and her scientists, the Enclave. He was later followed by Ayesha who believes that he is the perfect man to start a new race of humans.

"I see it within you fear, jealousy, betrayal," Ayesha's line in the trailer. "It is our duty to cleanse the universe of this weakness." This movie version of Ayesha might be different from the comic books.

"Guardians if the Galaxy Vol. 2" will see the return of actors Chriss Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper. Karen Gillan and Michael Rooker will also be back for the second Marvel Installment.

There will also be new cast members who will be joining the Marvel sequel such as Kurt Russell, Chris Sullivan, Elizabeth Debicki and Pom Klementieff. "Guardians if the Galaxy Vol. 2" will hit the UK theaters on April 28 but will have an international theater release on May 5.
