‘Grand Theft Auto 6’ Release May Not Be Delayed As Rockstar Is Now Rushing ‘Red Dead Redemption 2?’

"Grand Theft Auto 6" may soon find a light at the end of the tunnel. A new report has surfaced claiming Rockstar has tugged another studio to speed up the creation of "Red Dead Redemption 2." Does this hint that the company is trying to finish the "RDR 2" so they can immediately begin "GTA 6" and avoid further delays?

Multiple rumors on the next installment of the phenomenal hit video game "Grand Theft Auto V" have been floating around the web for quite some time now. "Grand Theft Auto V" was released in 2013 and fans are currently enjoying the hype of this game.

As the predecessor continues to stimulate excitement in the gameplay, fans are now fussing for more. Fans believe that it is already high time for the successor to come out.

As of press time, there is still no official statement from Rockstar Games regarding the development of the game. There is no update if the game has entered production nor pre-production stage.

However, rumors about the highly anticipated "Grand Theft Auto 6" continue to fire up. New reports now seem to drop hints regarding the improvement on the possible timeline of the developer for the new installment of "GTA."

It seems that Rockstar is rushing to finish the "Red Dead Redemption 2" to begin focusing on the much-awaited "Grand Theft Auto 6." Apparently, Rockstar North (studio creating "Grand Theft Auto") is now also doing the "Red Dead Redemption 2." Now that Rockstar North is helping out Rockstar San Diego (developer of "RDR 2"), production of the sixth installment of "GTA" is speculated to begin soon. Mic made a conservative prediction that the "GTA 6" might have a 2021 release.

In another report, the "Red Dead Redemption 2" is reportedly coming out this Fall. In this regard, Mobipicker boldly predicts the next "GTA" can probably come out by 2019 or 2020.
