Huawei Watch 2 Is The Latest Smart Watch To Watch Out For

The latest Huawei Watch has arrived. Presenting the Huawei Watch 2 Classic and Huawei Watch 2.

The Huawei Watch 2 was introduced during the MWC 2017 held in Barcelona. These models offer a slightly different touch on the previous model. Take a look at its specs and modern feature.

With the successful release of Huawei's first watch (best android smartwatch recipient)  some reviewers are wondering if the new Huawei Watch 2 will be able to provide something new. Fans are also waiting for the latest news about this watch from its makers.

So, what does the new Watch 2 has to offer? According to GSMA Arena, the new smart watch is lighter than the previous model with a weight of only 57 grams and measures at around 45x48.3x12.6mm. It has a stainless steel body with 22mm watch bands. Also, it measures about 45mm in diameter and is IP68 waterproof and dustproof with extensive tracking features for exercises.

There is also a GPS and heart rate sensor to guide users while they are enjoying sports related activities and it can generate a VO2Max measurement at the end of the run. Its memory storage is about 2.3GB that is big enough to download your favorites songs while running.This smartwatch is powered by a Snapdragon 2100 chipset and has an AMOLED screen measuring about 1.2" with 390x390px resolution and guarded with a Gorilla Glass.

Huawei also improved its battery capacity as mentioned by Tech Radar. Instead of using the 300mAh cell like in the previous model, the new Watch 2 has a 420mAh which means it will have longer battery life. Owners can use the Huawei Watch 2 for 2 days without worrying about its battery ife.

The watch is made of thermoplastic polyurethane and the top part is layered with ceramic around its bezel to give more flair. It has a variety of colors such as black, gray with white dots and orange. They can be changed depending on the user's preference.

But speaking of the limited edition Huawei Porsche Design Watch 2, nothing out of the ordinary can be expected out of it. The only thing that sets it apart from other smart watches is its thick leather strap lined with red stitching and a specially engraved chronograph bezel. Unfortunately, no price or release date has been set for this limited Porsche Design. The Huawei Watch 2 is scheduled to be launched around April in the U.S., UK, and Australia.
