A new competitor in the fastest acceleration supercar is Elextra Electric Supercar. To recall, the record holder for the fastest 0-60 MPH is Tesla's Model S P100D. Today, Elextra, a Switzerland-based Automotive company claims their latest renders is the fastest acceleration in the EV world.

Dubbed as the Elextra Electric Supercar, this classic factory four-door and four-wheel drive extraordinaire have the most rapid acceleration speed rocking 0-62 MPH in less than 2.3 seconds. As of today, the company claims is yet unsupported since performance and specification details are kept under wraps. The company is stated to detail the Elextra Electric Supercar in Geneva Motor Show on March 7th.

But, the company claims the supercar is built with the highest level of engineering and artisans and is hand-built in Germany. According to Car Buzz, the supercar "will be based on "the best electric vehicle platform in the world" in a limited production run of 100 units."

"The idea behind Elextra is to combine pure lines reminding of the most exciting Italian supercars of the past, whilst being resolutely forward-looking thanks to its low, sleek and beautiful design, paired with today's most advanced technology," says Elextra designer.

Well, as of the moment, all these information claims, yet the company is blowing off bold statements to all of the auto community. The stage of development is unclear and at the same time unknown. The Classic Factory currently seeks to fund from different inventors as of the moment.

This announcement is pretty similar when Faraday Future graced everyone with high hopes and anticipation until the most awaited shocker - it did not work.
