‘Titanfall 2’ Is Getting An Update That Introduces The Live Fire Mode Today

"Titanfall 2" is getting an update today on Xbox One. Players can now experience the Live Fire mode that is reportedly fast and frantic.

There is no additional purchase required for this update. It also allows users to have balance patches, featured playlist, new execution, additional Coliseum map and a mixtape-style matchmaking, On MSFT reported.

The mixtape-style matchmaking is a response to players' feedback to a post on "Titanfall 2's" official blog. It seemed like a lot of players are uncomfortable with two screens game mode split.

"We agree with much of the feedback that having game modes split between two screens is not an ideal user experience. The team has been working to introduce a brand new interface for the next content drop on consoles and possibly a bit earlier on PC so we can test it out," the developers said.

As for the new Live Fire mode update, it was described by developers as a lightning fast 6v6 Pilot only mode that allows players to engage in close quarter combats. It also has a round-based best of 5 modes that have no respawned where a player has one minute to defeat his enemies.

The upgrade is another treat for gamers who are also excited with "Horizon Zero Dawn" that's been creating a lot of great reviews from critics. Auto World News reported that this open world game allows players to experience the game's lore and mystery.
