GameStop To Have Nintendo Switch “Limited Supply” On Launch Day: Check Out The Details Here!

Nintendo Switch is coming! This highly anticipated console will finally be available on March 3. However, GameStop recently announced that there will be a "limited supply" of the console in the US on the day of its launch.

Bub Puzon of GameStop said, "We will have a limited supply of the Nintendo Switch systems on launch day for walk-in customers." He added that if customers badly want this highly talked-about gaming console, then they best attend one of GameStop's midnight launch events in order to secure one. But even then, they better be early, else they'll meet a long line of gamers wanting to grab their own console.

Further, GameStop is offering 2 bundles of the Nintendo Switch that they will sell both online and in their brick-and-mortar stores. Of course, you have to act fast as these will definitely sell like pancakes.

The Nintendo Switch alone retails at $299.99. Bundle 1 is around $429.99 and comprises the Switch, Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, and "Zelda: Breath of the Wild." Bundle 2 includes the Switch, the console's Pro Controller, "Zelda: Breath of the Wild," and "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" official strategy guide that retails at $454.99.

Meanwhile, according to GameRant, Nintendo is confident in their available supply at launch. However, based on what happened during the release of the Nintendo NES Classic Edition, many have been frustrated as the company didn't actually nail their numbers. But whether this was a marketing strategy or not is uncertain.

In other Switch news, they finally released an official unboxing video, which you can watch below. The video showcases what the package contains such as the power adapter, the console's dock, an HDMI cable, the Joy-Con Grip that forms the Joy-Cons into a standard gamepad configuration, two Joy-Con wrist straps and the left and right Joy-Cons, and don't forget the Nintendo Switch console itself, reports GameSpot.

Other retailers of this highly anticipated console include Best Buy which will be having midnight launch events, Amazon, Walmart, and Target. The Nintendo Switch is the first console of the Japanese company in more than 4 years. And oh, it will finally come out with a bang this March 3.
