The sports car 2017 Evora 400 is manufactured by the British company Lotus. It shows an impressive performance not just on the track but as well as off the track. This car has easy access in getting in, and it offers air conditioning and satellite navigation.

This car model is under the project eagle and named as Evora. Over the years, it was developed, and this year, the progress includes a switch to Pilot Super Sports Tires from Michelin from Pirellis. The wheels are in 19 to 20 inches.

The interior of the 2017 Evora 400 highlights thinner door panels for additional space. The seats will wear leather with Ultrasuede which is also visible on the trim and steering wheel. For the footwell, it appears to be bigger this time.

Lotus still finds a time and opportunity to work on adding some lightness. According to Jean-Marc Gales, the CEO, "it was a serious debate. If buyers truly want more of it -- lightness, that is -- they can opt for the air conditioning delete, lithium-ion battery, carbon fiber body pack, titanium exhaust and rear seat delete, which shaves 93 more pounds and sets you back about $20,000."

The 2017 Evora 400 is Lotus only entry car this year in the U.S. It comes with a supercharged Edelbrock with a 400 horsepower and torque in 302 lb-ft. The difference with today's Evora and the previous one is the 65 horsepower and seven lb-ft of torque increase.

For the transmission, the standard is the manual in six-speed. It comes with an oil cooler which is integrated. The torque converter in six-speed automatic with a $2,700 shifters is optional. The two transmission works well with 0-60 mph in just 4.1 seconds. The manual has 186 mph as a top speed while the automatic has a record of 174 mph.

With the latest features provided on the car model, it is the fastest car from Lotus so far. It is also faster with seven seconds advance from the Lotus Evora S.
