Latest LG G6 Flagship Smartphone Leak Revealed Rounded Corners And Always-On Display

LG has been providing a lot of details regarding their upcoming flagship smartphone, the LG G6. However, what's not revealed by the phone manufacturer, has been revealed by several leaks.

Basing on the new set of photos of the flagship smartphone, it revealed its new design and display. The leak photos suggest that the phone will have a very narrow bezel that surrounds the display. In addition, it also revealed that always-on display of the new smartphone including the rounded corners of the display looks stunning.

Some reports also confirm a few specifications of the new phone. It will be equipped with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 processor with 4GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, and will be backed by a 3200mAh battery.

According to the teaser that was posted by the company on YouTube, it revealed that the new LG G6 would have a new user interface. Called the UX 6.0, the new interface will be optimized for the 5.7-inch QHD+ "Full Vision" display with a ration of 18:9. The UX also has a feature that will allow users to view existing 16:9 ration content easily in 18:9 format.

The flagship smartphone will sport a metallic Silver look. Making into conclusion that the new smartphone's back will not be made of glass but instead, it will have a brushed metal look.

Furthermore, the new device also comes with a dual camera setup on the back and a fingerprint sensor that is placed below the dual camera modules. The fingerprint sensor will likely double up as a power button.

Previous speculations say that the new smartphone will feature a water-resistant metal body and a wireless charging system. LG, on the other hand, had already confirmed that the phone would have a Quad DAC to improve its sound quality.

Finally, the LG G6 will run Android Nougat, and there are speculations that a Google Assistant will be offered on the device. LG will introduce their new flagship smartphone this coming February 26 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. It is expected to launch in the United Stated on April 7th.
