All New Ford Mustang Bullitt

More noise over the Ford Mustang Bullitt is taking over the internet as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson might have "accidentally" revealed its production. In Johnson's personal YouTube channel, a video was recorded at Ford's factory in Detroit where he shot some ads for the Blue Oval.

The advertisement was not something unusual. However, one eagle-eyed member of the Mustang6G forums spotted something newsworthy.

In the video below - approximately beginning at the 3:07 mark until around 3:13 - fans will notice a few drawings in the background. These drawings are of a dark green Mustang based on the recently redesigned model.

While it was only shown in the background for a few brief seconds, this was enough for die-hard Mustang fans to ponder. The model does not seem to have a badge on the front grille. The one at the back has a crosshair design very much like the previous Bullitt Mustangs.

The Ford Mustang Bullitt seems to be fitted with a set of Torque Thrust style dark alloy wheels. Based on the pictures, it looks like this new model will have a faux gas cap.

The writing "S550 Mustang MCA" is also noticeable on the top of the board. This is another clear indication that the car is for the Mid Cycle Action (MCA). For those who are unfamiliar with the term, this means "Facelift" in Ford's terminologies.

There are no word nor any confirmation from Ford yet regarding this accidental leak. These signs do not necessarily confirm this design is going to be an all-new Ford Mustang Bullit. However, the timing does seem right since it's going to celebrate its 50th anniversary this coming 2018.

Who knows, this could be a marketing tactic from the American multinational automaker. Or these clues could be the company planting Easter eggs for a limited-run 2018/2019 Ford Mustang Bullitt. Whatever the case may be, fans will definitely find out soon enough. Watch the video below!
