Special Edition Xbox Controllers: Xbox's Ocean Shadow and Winter Forces Series

Xbox controllers are known from its surprising and friendly design that is comfortable to use. Over the years, there has been a series of controllers that were created and released. The company has been continuing the job for their followers and now, there is already a new selection to choose from.

Recently, Xbox introduced their latest addition of Xbox controllers to pair with Xbox One S. The controllers are Ocean Shadow and Winter Forces which both comes as Xbox's special edition joysticks.

The Ocean Shadow controller is the newest evolution of the brand's Shadow series that was introduced to the market last year. This said controller was made and enhanced with its feature of a sleek, and a top case in matte black with sides in a light blue metallic finish that has a fading effect. As for the triggers, D-pad, and buttons control, it has a glossy finish in black with visible light blue highlights on the menu buttons and on the ABXY.

Winter Forces" is also the latest addition to Xbox's Forces series controllers. It was derived from the popularity of the brand's previous Covert Forces, Midnight Forces, and Armed Forces concept controllers. This one comes with a modernized, arctic camouflage design with the combination of light and dark gray accent that shows a strong combat look with an Xbox One S.

The two wireless Xbox controllers have the same thing from most of its features. Aside from being wireless, it also includes a newly develop wireless range, a textured grip, and a Bluetooth connectivity for Samsung Gear VR and Windows 10 gaming devices. For its compatibility measures, it can go with Windows 10 PCs, tablets and its Xbox One and Xbox One S.

In addition, gamers can also make the best out of the button-mapping feature with the Xbox Accessories App that is downloadable on the Xbox and Windows store. The special edition controllers will be available on sale this February. 7, with a retail price of $69.99.
