Pokemon Sun and Moon: Free Mega Stones, Third Global Mission, and More Pokemon Games - What's More?

Pokemon Sun and Moon was accounted to have sold 13 million units in the recent global-sell through analysis. In order to keep its momentum going, Nintendo has set up new gimmicks for fans to enjoy. The most recent announcement states that Free Mega Stones are coming, the introduction of the new Global Mission, and more upcoming Pokemon games.

Free Mega Stones. In Pokemon Sun and Moon, enjoying a Mega Evolution is a tough act to make. These precious Mega Stones are difficult to find in order to reach Pokemon's special form. As of this moment, 27 Mega Stones are still undiscovered. The Pokemon Company announced that Mega Stones will soon be distributed to Pokemon Sun and Moon, and it is through an Online Competition. The said event will launch sometime in February. There is no specific date yet, but according to some sources, players can get them through accomplishing goals, or mystery gift.

Third Global Mission. The Third Global Mission has been launched and the big question is, will players bother to participate? To recall, the past Global Mission was a failure since players worldwide failed to achieve the required goal. The main reason why players keep on failing in the Global Mission is because the system only counts those who are registered to the game's online feature. The new Global Mission might not be different from the past experiences. Rewards are not yet finalized, and event broadcasting is poor.

Pokemon Sun and Moon huge sales boost in 2016 open opportunity for more new Pokemon Games in the future. According to Express, the latest Nintendo financial update attracted new players, therefore, fans can expect more Pokemon games. It is still too early to tell, but basing on the achieved sales projection, most likely Nintendo will tap into this idea.
