2017 Chevrolet Camaro In The Best Shape Of Its Life Even At 50 Years Old!

The 2017 Chevrolet Camaro is known to be at its peak performance even as it celebrates 50-years-old. It is amazing that the Camaro legacy lives on as the sixth generation hits the road. Surely, there are a lot of reasons for this car to be highly commended and its not just because of the movie "Transformers."

According to Car and Driver, the Camaro is a household name among muscle cars. It is now in its sixth generation and is reported to have matured into an even more impressive beast of a machine. The lineup continues to broaden with two body styles, four engines, different option packages, and several suspension setups.

The coupe and convertible offer choice of four, six or eight-cylinder engines. The LS and LT trims are equipped with 275-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder as a standard. As part of its 50th anniversary, Chevrolet offers a 50th-anniversary special edition package on its coupe and convertible models. It does add $9200 to the LT trim and $6795 to the SS.

It is packed with power and performance that rivals that of other muscle cars available. It is easy to understand why the Camaro was chosen to play the car role of the robot Bumblebee in the movie Transformers. No-nonsense performance and impeccable build and quality best describe the robot and the car as well. It is a match made in heaven.

As added by Kelley Blue Book, it is rated an impressive 9.2 on its overall consumer review. This is certainly one of the highest rating seen on the site and for good reasons. It does offer a kind of handling and braking one usually associates with high-end European sports car. While it is proudly American made, its performance is at par with European and international standards. It also one of the best vehicles showcased during the Detroit Auto Show earlier this month.

Many are also excited to see what the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro can do because of its 650-horsepower supercar-grade performance. It is packed with power enough to keep buyers and car enthusiasts' hearts thumping really hard with excitement. Indeed, it's a muscle car that is on top of its class.
