Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 2018: Did Vin Diesel Just Leak Its Unreleased Photo?

The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 2018 is not set to debut until later this year. But Vin Diesel may have accidentally leaked unreleased photos of the Dodge muscle car.

Dodge Demon vs. Hellcat. The much awaited 2018 Challenger SRT Demon is scheduled to be revealed at the New York motor show in April. Dodge has revealed that the Demon will be its "halo car." It will appeal to both old and new customers alike. In addition, there has been widespread that it will even surpass the Hellcat.

In addition, the two muscle cars engines are expected to be very different. The Hellcat has a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine. The Demon might have an even more powerful version of the SRT Viper's 8.4-liter V10 engine.

The prices of the two Dodge muscle cars are also different. The Hellcat is priced at around $60,000. The Demon is expected to be priced at $80,000.

The US car maker has recently released a new video of the Challenger SRT Demon. The video seems to suggest that it will be lighter than the Hellcat muscle car. In Dodge's latest "Reduction" video, the silhouette of the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon was placed on a large weighing scale. A lot of fans speculate that the Demon will be as powerful as the Hellcat but will outperform the other muscle car because of its lighter weight.

Vin Diesel. In a Facebook video, Vin Diesel recorded a video where he was speaking to crew members while filming "Fast 8." This is the latest installment of the "The Fast and the Furious" movie franchise.

Directly behind Diesel were two Challenger SRTs. The Challengers appeared to be SRT Demons. Their head scoop is much wider than that of the Challenger SRT Hellcat and their wheels and wide body treatment are also something else. A closer look at the video also reveals that the front fender has a logo that looks like the Demon logo.

Whether or not this leak was intentional or done unwittingly remains unknown. However, it is expected that Dodge will continue to slowly release more and more teasers of its Dodge Challenger SRT Demon.
