Lamborghini launched the Aventador in December 2012 as a roadster equipped with a V12 engine as the coupe version. The Italian car manufacturer claimed that the supercar could produce a staggering 700 horsepower output and 509 pound-foot of torque. Six years after, the automaker presented an upgrade, Aventador S, which is capable of 740 horsepower and has four-wheel steering (4WS).

The limited production SV version came out of assembly line in 2015. Lamborghini stripped out 50 kilograms to increase the power from 690 to 740bhp. It also improved the car's aero to match the Porsche 918 Spyder's Nurburgring lap time. This is really impressive since the luxury sports car only relies on a V12 engine.

According to Top Gear UK, the Lamborghini Aventador S is anchored on four main driving factors including agility, steering, weight management, and integration of all the systems. These factors are all connected to the new 4WS system, which enables the car to turn up to three degrees at low speed. Even at high speeds, the front and rear are so agile that drivers can feel both ends are helping out.

The 6.5-liter V12 engine is mounted between the rear fenders. The engine's improved output allows the coupe to generate 62 miles per hour from a standstill in 2.9 seconds. The jaw-dropping top speed of 217 mph is a class on its own.

The Lamborghini's front bumper is sleeker that allows optimized air flow. The redesigned rear fascia has four air vents while a new air diffuser flanks three round exhaust outlets.

The supercar boasts of new aerodynamic design, redeveloped suspension, and increased power. The 'S' refers to the suffix of its predecessors and positions the vehicle as a new benchmark for the V12-powered Lamborghini. By fusing tech and power, the 2017 Lamborghini Aventador S turns into a speed and agile monster.
