Xbox Live Gold Deals For January and February 2017

Xbox owners have more reasons to celebrate 2017 with the announcement of the official lineup release for Xbox Gold. Now, Xbox Live Gold members will receive four new free games.

According to reports, two Xbox One and another two Xbox 360 games will be available for FREE to all Xbox Live Gold Members. This is part of the company's Games with Gold program.

Both Xbox 360 titles can also be played on Xbox One with Backward Compatibility. First, Xbox Live Gold members can download the World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap for Xbox One. This is normally sold for $19.99 ERP, but it will be free during the month of January (January 1st-30th)

The other one is Killer Instinct Season 2 Ultra Edition which will be available as a free download from January 16th to February 15th. It normally costs $39.99 ERP. Killer Instinct 2 will also be playable for the Xbox 360 console.

On the other hand, Rayman Origins is still available for free until January 31st. It normally costs $14.99 ERP. Bitbag advises Xbox users to collect the December freebies while the other games are still on their sale period.

Of course, these are not the only freebies every Xbox owner can look forward to in 2017. On December 22, 2016, Xbox Live started its "biggest sale in the Xbox store" which still continues today.

The sale opens up more heavily discounted game prices up to free to play games. Xbox revealed that this is just the beginning of more freebies to come for Xbox Gold holders.

Xbox Live Gold holders are advised to watch out for more sale news, freebies, and other delightful treats all throughout the year 2017. Major Nelson also wrote on their website:

*Titles are available as free downloads for qualifying Xbox Live Gold members in all markets where Xbox Live is available. Some regions may offer different titles depending on market availability.
