2017 Nissan Navara Trek-1º Special Edition Arrives In Europe

Taking advantage of the 2017 Brussels Motor Show, Nissan has released a new limited edition of the Navara in the form of 2017 Nissan Navara Trek-1º. The special edition incorporates more equipment, style changes, and will be available in several colors. Only 1500 units will be made and they all will have the Double Cab version and part of the base of the Tekna grade.

The new limited edition Nissan Navara has interesting additions and offers a different exterior from the rest. The name with which this limited edition has been called is not accidental, it refers to the geographical location at the Navarre desert, which has -1º as its coordinates according to AutoEvolution.

Glancing outside the Navara, Trek-1m one provides protective bars with a sporty look in black with two powerful LED lights located at the top. With this, details are accentuated which now look more adventurous and dynamic. Nissan has also installed lateral protective bars, 18-inch alloy wheels with six spokes and a new deck of pallet all with a black finish.

The new cover is manufactured in a special durable plastic and will be available in white. Underneath it, a divider of the loading platform can be found. It also has a liner to keep it safe during transportation. The new limited edition Nissan Navara is available in two colors: Pearlescent White and Black Metallic.

Other optional extras that were incorporated are leather upholstered seats having heated front seats and driver's seat with eight adjustment positions, electric sunroof, tow bar, differential block, and full-size spare wheel. Nissan also adds features such as the NissanConnect with satellite navigation and DAB digital radio, rear view camera 360 degrees, rear parking sensors and LED headlamps.

Nissan Navara has the bi-turbo diesel engine 2.3 - liter in two strengths: 160 hp or 190 hp. Both will come standard with the all-wheel drive while only the 160 hp engine can be combined with a six-speed manual transmission. The most powerful option will be available exclusively with a seven-link automatic transmission.

The limited edition Nissan Navara is already for sale in Belgium and in the coming weeks will reach other European markets according to AutoExpress. Meanwhile, check out the 2017 Nissan Navara Trek-1º Special Edition below.
