Honor 6X Sold out in a Few Minutes

Huawei's latest phone model is well-received to the point of selling out! Huawei's Honor 6X sells out for under twenty-five minutes in the US. Honor, a sub-brand for the popular mobile company Huawei recently launched their latest model, the Honor 6X.

The units shipped out last January 10 in North America through online retail stores such as Amazon, BestBuy, and Newegg. What's interesting is that the company decided to host a unique way of marketing their product to consumers. They combined the online-only sales with the flash sales for smartphones, making the price for the Honor 6X priced almost half! The regular price for Honor 6X is $249.99 but with the company's gimmick of selling the smartphone, it is down to just $199.99! Because of this strategy, the phones sell out in twenty-five minutes in the US. Honor dubbed it as a "huge success."

The Huawei Honor 6X is first made available in China back in October 2016. The phone featured a 5.5" display, octa-core processor and comes with two versions: 3GB RAM with 32GB internal storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage. It smartphone also features a dual rear camera. The reason for the dual rear camera is to add more depth to the photos presented. The first camera features a 12-megapixel camera with face detection capabilities and the second one is only 2-megapixel that will serve to add more depth to the photos. The phone also comes with a fingerprint scanner and 3,340 mAh battery. The battery is capable holding out for two days on a single charge.

Because of its success, Honor will have another batch of its own Flash sale for the Honor 6X. The company also stated that they'll ship out the restocks and will be made available on January 18. You can check out a review of Honor 6X below.
