Huawei Mate 9 Offers 6GB RAM, Huawei Kirin 960 Chip

People got the chance to witness Google and Huawei’s announcement at CES 2017 about their collaboration on the third party model of the Daydream View VR headset. A lot of phone makers are planning to implement the Daydream VR protocol on their new devices as well.

People saw a lot of phone manufacturers announcing their intentions to implement the new Daydream Virtual Reality protocol in their devices, and Asus and ZTE were among the others. They have to stay in touch with the latest technology in order to stay a strong competition for other phone makers.

Huawei took a bigger step when they combined their forces with Google and start working on a new third party model of the Daydream View VR headset. The new third party iteration of the Daydream View headset is called Huawei View and it will be compatible with the Huawei Mate 9 Pro and Huawei mate 9 Porsche design, Yahoo reported. Currently, there is no certain price for the headset. Despite Huawei Mate 9 and Huawei Mate 9 Porsche design, the Daydream headset will be compatible with ZTE Axon 7 and Asus ZenFone AR.

According to International Business Times, a lot of smartphones were showcased at CES 2017. Asus ZenFone AR will run on Google’s Tango AR and Daydream VR platforms with 8GM of RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chip processor. Huawei Mate 9 and Huawei Mate 9 Porsche design will feature 6GB of RAM and Huawei Kirin 960 chip. ZTE Blade V8 Pro, on the other hand, has Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 chip and 3GB of RAM while for ZTE Hawkeye there aren’t much information. However, Huawei Honor 6X will follow 5X and will feature Huawei Kirin 655 octa-core chip, 3GB RAM and 32 GB of internal storage. Other phones people saw are Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, LG Stylus 3, LG K10 and Huawei Honor Magic.
