Very Cheap Second-Hand 2013 Fiat 500e Electric Cars To Hit Used Car Lots Soon

People looking to buy a second-hand car may see Fiat 500e electric cars in used car lots very soon. This comes after news of the first lease batch of Fiat 500e's about to end had started showing up on the internet.

Fiat 500e electric cars. Consumers could get a Fiat 500e electric car for as little as US$32,500. However, consumers were able to lease the electric vehicle for as low as US$199 a month for 36 months. It was made available on the marketing in the middle of 2013 and the lease of the first batch of Fiat 500e's is just about to end.

News of the first batch of the Fiat 500e's lease ending originated from a December 29 post on Twitter by Bozi Tatarevic who goes by the handle @hoonable. The post reads "The cheap lease returned electric cars are coming. The 2013 Fiat 500e is running a little over $4,000 at wholesale auctions this month."

As soon as the lease ends, we should see quite a fair number of Fiat 500e electric cars parked in used car lots this year. A dealer price for the Fiat 500e could possibly be around US$6,500.

Getting a 3-year-old electric car for as little US$6,500 is quite a good deal here. However, it should be taken into account that Fiat 500e electric cars were only sold in two states, namely California and Oregon. Even if the 500e is made available to other states across the US, it is widely believed that the electric vehicle will not be serviceable anywhere outside the two states it was originally sold in.

Regardless, the Fiat 500e is an amazing little electric vehicle. If you are aiming to lower down your emissions as part of your 2017 New Year's Resolution, then a second-hand Fiat 500e is highly recommended.
