Several 2017 vehicle models have been featured in dealerships this year and SUVs had been one of the best-selling models for 2016. Although it would be tempting to buy this year, these are some of the 2017 SUV models which were deemed to be worth the wait.

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe

Lodged as one of the most customized vehicles in 2016 and one of the upcoming 2017 SUV models, the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe has updated its model design and styling, improved its technological features, has been constructed into a practical and comfortable vehicle, and has been lodged with an AWD feature, reported Slash Gear.

It has been categorized into the family demographic vehicles of 2017 and has increased its passenger capacity to seven. Furthermore, it has affordable features and undercut the SUV market competition such as the Toyota Highlander, Honda Pilot, and Ford Explorer with respect to comfort. Its starting price has been lodged at $30,000.

2018 Chevrolet Equinox

The Chevrolet Equinox has been ranked as one of the top 10 2017 SUV models for next year. In fact, its 2017 version would be released next year along with its fresh designs and has been installed with the latest safety technological features, reported MSN.

The vehicle would be run with a 1.5L or 2.0L diesel engine with has a turbocharging feature. It would be lighter than its predecessors, has been installed with a Safety Alert Seat, surround-view cameras, a forward collision warning, and a blind spot monitoring system.

Mazda CX-5

With respect to 2017 SUV model rankings, the Mazda CX-5 is currently tied at the third spot. It was said to be smaller than the Mazda CX-9, has chrome exteriors and an infotainment screen for its interiors. Furthermore, it would be available with a diesel engine by the second half of next year.

The 2017 SUV models worth the wait to purchase next year are said to be the Hyundai Santa Fe, Chevrolet Equinox, and the Mazda CX-5 with updated designs and improved technological features.
