A retired armored limousine, allegedly a prototype that served Russian President Vladimir Putin, has surfaced on the internet and is up for sale. The 1994 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman Guard is now up for grabs and it will cost a whopping $1.35 million. Considering the specifications and luxury, it'll be worth the price.

The said limousine is currently posted at Mobile.de and it is said to feature a good mix of engineering and VIP treatment. The 1994 Mercedes-Benz S600 Pullman Guard is built for Presidents so it is completely bulletproof. Under the hood is a 394 PS 6.0-liter V12 engine which was only used for 16,000 miles. Considering the work nature of the vehicle, the 1994 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman Guard's milage is respectable. The odometer is one of the biggest factors when purchasing used cars and the mark on the limousine should theoretically put it in good running condition.

The presidential limousine is sold by a private individual named Sergei Urov. The car can be viewed at Moscow making it perfect for car collectors who are willing to travel abroad just to check out automobiles. Stories about Putin's driver have been somewhat related to this particular 1994 Mercedes-Benz S600 Pullman Guard. One of the most recent legendary tales happened last September. The story goes something like Putin's favorite driver, who technically has also driven the Pullman Guard provided it had served the Russian leader, reportedly died in a head-on collision at the very heart of Moscow.

The accident happened on a BMW 7 Series. Fortunately, the Russian President was not on board the said vehicle when the accident happened.
