Rare 1994 Jaguar XJ220 For Sale On Ebay, Dare To Buy?

A rare 1994 Jaguar XJ220 was recently released on Ebay and is bring sold for about $519,000. It is in a great state and has only covered a total of 750 kilometers over the last two decades. This is one of only 271 units that Jaguar produced worldwide, with a powerful 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbo that offers 540 HP. Dare to buy?

A 1994 Jaguar XJ220 with less than 800 kilometers is not a model that one would expect to find advertised on eBay, but this is precisely the case. It is in an impeccable state, nearly identical to an original, and is virtually unused despite the evident age of the car.

With a price tag of $519,000 for immediate purchase, without having to wait for the auction, the 1994 Jaguar XJ220 is not exactly cheap. In fact, it would be the highest recorded price ever paid for a unit of this mode, as reported by Motor1. But upon analyzing it, it would be a great steal for any collector. A 1994 Jaguar XJ220 with such low mileage will be something extremely difficult to find again.

Looking at the sales of the 1994 Jaguar XJ220 in recent years, one can find that the four highest sales of the model have taken place between 2015 and 2016, with prices clearly higher than those obtained until 2014. The selling price ranged from $379,500 to $462,500 dollars.

The 1994 Jaguar XJ220 was officially the fastest production car in the world for years after its release. It managed to beat the most advanced and best-performing supercars of that period, like the Ferrari F40, Porsche 959 and Lamborghini Diablo. It also held the record at the Nurburgring track throughout most of the '90s.

Curiously, the model name is due to its maximum target speed, 220 mph or 350 km/h. Consumption figures during its initial release were better than any other Jaguar models of that time, thanks to the small supercharged V6. Check out the 1994 Jaguar XJ220 on Ebay today.
