2017 Mercedes-Benz S-class Coupe Night Edition Shows Black is Beauty, To Arrive In US On April 2017

Merecedes continues to expand its range of special editions, and now they've announced the 2017 Mercedes-Benz S-class Coupe Night Edition, a special edition of the S-class. It will debut at the 2017 Detroit Auto Show and arrives in dealerships on April 2017. The night edition incorporates luxurious black finishes in numerous details of the body, as well as more generous interior equipment.

Taking a look at the first images of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz S-class Coupe Night Edition, one will come across different details that differ from the base model and show this is indeed a special edition. Undoubtedly, the most striking new feature is the new alloy wheels AMG 20-inch painted in black with edges in a glossy finish.

Optionally, one can choose to paint the body of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz S-class Coupe Night Edition "Grey Selenite Great." It is a matte finish paint specially designed by Mercedes and has some pigments that offer a special effect depending on how the light reflects on the body, according to BallerStatus.

The 2017 Mercedes-Benz S-class Coupe Night Edition will also have a new grille painted in gloss black. The housings mirrors and side skirts, meanwhile, have also been painted black with a glossy finish. The inclusion of a series of AMG packages is also availale, such as the bumpers which give it a more dynamic and interesting look. The designation "Night Edition" will also be available near the front wheel arches.

The 2017 Mercedes-Benz S-class Coupe Night Edition also offers extra equipment inside for those who are always looking for more. The brand has confirmed that the nappa leather-wrapped steering wheel will have the name of the special edition engraved. When configuring the S Class Coupé Night Edition we can choose between different types of upholstery such as leather, nappa leather, or nappa leather AMG. Several color combinations for these upholstery are also available.

At the moment, the number of units to be manufactured or sold is still unknown, according to AutoBlog. What is sure is that the 2017 Mercedes-Benz S-class Coupe Night Edition will be sold within a limited time period only, so watch out for its arrival.
