'Grace And Frankie' Season 3 Spoilers, Air Date & Official Trailer [VIDEO]

Netflix's comedy web television series, "Grace and Frankie", just got confirmed for season 3. Although the two stars --- Jane Fonda, who plays Grace Hanson; and Lily Tomlin, who plays hippie art teacher Frankie --- seem to be getting up there in age, there's hearsay that the dyad is planning to tell the network to spawn more seasons in a year.

Apparently, a 16-hour day shoot schedule has not cramped their style as the "Grace and Frankie" season 3 stars, Fonda and Tomlin, seem willing to push themselves a little more. According to a report from Indiewire, they are looking into the possibility of more than one season each year.

Tomlin noted that bearing their age in mind, they should ask Ted to do two seasons a year. She also pointed out to a recent press release that said; considering Fonda and Tomlin's age, renewing "Grace and Frankie" for season 3 was "expedient".

"Grace and Frankie" season 3 will center on the subject of age and trials that come with it. Although Netflix has given the third season for "Grace and Frankie" a go-ahead, fans will have to wait until 2017 to see Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin reprise their roles of Grace and Frankie respectively.

No prizes for guessing, the series is worth going beyond "Grace & Frankie" season 3; however, fans of the hit series are also interested to know what's in store for them in the new season. In line with this, the series' co-creator, Marta Kauffman, shed some light on what the show will be centering on in an interview with Deadline.

Kauffman noted that the third season will revolve around the vulnerability of reaching a certain age in life. Retaining the style that only the two Hollywood heavyweights, Fonda and Tomlin, could contrive, "Grace & Frankie" season 3 will make fans ponder over the ordeals and anxieties of having to cope with issues related to health and old age.

"Grace & Frankie" Season 3 will be available on Netflix in May 2017.
