One of the best sources of entertainment nowadays is YouTube. But while anyone can make videos and share these for everyone to watch and enjoy, there are certain rules and regulations that need to be followed before uploading any video on YouTube. Among these videos is Darcy Grivas' "Bee Movie" meme, which YouTube removed due to policy violations. The violations stated were spam, deception, and scam.

Memes are meant to be funny and comedic, but there is a limit to humor; especially when it violates site policies. One will have no choice, but to adhere to it; especially since YouTube is protected with its own rights.

Originally, Grivas made his "Bee Movie" meme video for a small group of people and never thought it would become a hit, Polygon reported. 

Surely, Grivas' intention was only to entertain people. However, the fact still remains that creating his own version of the 2007 animated comedy film by Dreamworks Animation, changing the original movie's pace, and twisting it to add humor is what made YouTube decide to remove it from the website.

It is alright for people to create memes, be entertained with it, or inspire others to do the same; so long as they are not violating any YouTube rules, or any other website's rules and regulations for that matter. This goes for all YouTubers out there, as well as aspiring video/meme creators.

Luckily for Grivas' case, it is best to communicate with the site's moderators right away and find out what can be done to correct things.

In another post from Polygon, it was stated that Grivas reached out to them and confirmed that his "Bee Movie" meme was now restored and the violation notice was lifted.
