2017 Alfa Romeo Giulietta First Look: Volkswagen Golf R Watch Out

The 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulietta is now at Alfa Romeo's table after the Stelvio had been launched. it is part of the brand's plan to expand their market and launch nine new car models in the next five years and now you can have you first look at the might be Giulietta design as this rendering photos are spot on.

2017 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Successor

The current generation of 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulietta has been on the market since 2010 it is nearing its demise. And although the 2016 Giulietta received a few awesome update in its exterior and interior getting a revised front, new tire designs, new upholstery and protrudes, new infotainment system with Uconnect and "Live services" that enhances connectivity and the use of social networks, the update is inevitable and is a part of Alfa Romeo's grand plan.

This car is in direct rivals with the likes of Volkswagen Golf R or Renault Megane and, as one know, both had already been updated. So the replacement model of the Giulietta will be presented soon and will probably be at the later part of 2017.

So this could be the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulietta, at least how Theophilus Chin, a master of graphic design imagined it. Chin has taken images of the new Alfa Romeo Stelvio to create their own interpretation of the Italian compact. Its design is inspired by the Stelvio but also takes features of Alfa Romeo Giulia.

The Italian automaker has been tipped to switch the hatch from a front-to-rear drive in its next iteration, which would make it sportier and an intriguing alternative to the BMW 1-Series. See the rendering photos at Carbuzz now.

Alfa Romeo's Future Plans

The new models of Alfa Romeo have suffered numerous delays but the Italian brand remains committed to launching nine new creations in the next five years. And according to Motoring Crunch, the Italian brand will have at least one station wagon derived from Giulia and a mid-size sedan called dibs where it is internally referred to as Tipo 961 and it is believed to come to market as the Alfetta.

Alfa Romeo will also have two new crossovers and two hatchbacks, one of these is a direct successor to the current Giulietta. In addition to these, the Italian manufacturer has yet another compact-sized vehicle in the offering and two sports cars, presently known as the Tipo 963 Spider and Tipo 963 Coupe.

A new hatch with rear wheel drive has a great synergy with the SUV. The share engines and transmission would also be another attraction of the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulietta.
