Marvel 'Inhumans' Series IMAX Moon Action Scenes

Marvel Inhumans will be using IMAX format, but only for some scenes. The upcoming spin-off was already confirmed by Marvel Television and is set to be released next year. The "'Inhumans" first became a part of Marvel's live-action adaptation when some of them made their appearances in "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." during its second season.

Supposedly, Marvel Inhumans will only have 8 episodes ---- according to a post on Blastr's website. However, only the first two hours would be shot entirely in IMAX format. It is also said that for the first two episodes, there would be an additional scenario when it premieres on TV.

This means, there would be missing scenes in the initial theatrical release and it would be necessary to re-watch the pilot episodes once they are out on TV, in order to see scenes that weren't shown in the theatrical release.

Aside from the first two episodes, other scenes will still be shot with an IMAX camera, Screen Crush had mentioned. Since it was mentioned that "some of which will be set on the moon", there is only one area that they are referring to; it is none other than the "Blue Area of the Moon". It is an area on the moon that was artificially constructed by the Skrulls a million years ago. It has a breathable environment similar to Earth and also houses the city of Attilan, ancestral home and refuge of the "Inhumans".

The "Inhumans" is another one of the lesser known group of characters from the comics, only introduced to the majority thru "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.". Since the "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." series is a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it has yet to be seen how the Marvel Inhumans would play a key role in the MCU.
