‘Star Wars’ Land Themed New Section in Disney’s Hollywood Studios Will Be Available [VIDEO]

The conception of a "Star Wars" Land has long been brewing for over a year now. In many Disneyland Parks strewn around the world, "Star Wars" booths, merchandises and designs hinted of a major "Star Wars" explosion.

During the Disney's D23 convention over a year ago, in August 2015, the company of Disney's Hollywood Studios announced their major reveal of adding a "Star Wars" themed section in the Disneyland and Walt Disney World. As promised, construction started April this year. The biggest and much awaited huge expansion of Disneyland and Walt Disney World was unofficially called "Star Wars" Land.

According to Collider, the "Star Wars" Land project will be available at Disneyland in California and at Disney's Hollywood studios at Walt Disney World in Florida. "Star Wars" Land is a 14-acre expansion of pure intergalactic playground for "Star Wars" fanatics and Disneyland visitors alike. The company guarantees the most enjoyable experience filled with "Star Wars" goodness which lets the visitor enter the world of "Star Wars".

One exciting attraction people will enjoy is the new Disneyland ride Millenium Falcon, an iconic starship of Han Solo. Visitors will get the chance to control the ship for a special mission. The second ride called the Stormtrooper Battle Escape Ride (Alcatraz) lets the visitor immerse into the battle between the Resistance and the First Order. The ride will include 150 animatronic Stormtroopers and some selected "Star Wars" characters that will liven up the whole "Star Wars" theme. The mysterious blue milk seen in the movie "New Hope" naively drunk by Luke Skywalker will also be available.

According to Heavy, the "Star Wars" Land will be located right next to Toy Story Land. Recent picture updates of the construction process and expected outputs are released earlier this week. More updates are expected to be released soon.
