Xiaomi Mi Mix Mini Leaks Surfaces Online [VIDEO]; See Rumored Specs & Price!

Xiaomi's Mi MIX smartphone that sports a jaw-dropping design and boasts a 91.3 percent screen-to-body ratio hit the store shelves last month. If recently surfaced leaks are anything to go by, another variant of the smartphone could be in the offing.

The Beijing-based handset maker is gearing up to debut its Mi MIX Nano, a Chinese phone tipster claimed in a recent post on Weibo (via Gadgets 360).

The tipster posted an image of the purported device on the Chinese microblogging site spilling the beans about some of its specs including a 5.5-inch screen. The Mi MIX Nano will come with 90 percent screen-to-body ratio, which is marginally less than its precursor, the Mi MIX.

The impending bezel-less smartphone from Xiaomi, bearing the codename "Nano" will be a smaller version of Mi Mix and will be dubbed as the Mi Mix Mini, according to a report from XiaomiToday.

Xiaomi Mi Mix Mini Specs

The Mi Mix Mini will pack an all-powerful Snapdragon 821 processor and a mammoth 64GB of internal storage. It remains to be seen whether or not the smartphone will sport a 16MP primary and 5MP front-facing camera just like its larger sibling.

Nevertheless, if rumors centering on the Mi Mix Mini release date, which is said to be before the end of 2016, proved to be true, official details of the smartphone may surface online shortly.

Xiaomi Mi Mix Mini Price

As a result of the shrinking in the size and the screen of the Mi Mix Mini, the device is expected to cost about $73 less than its larger sibling. Meanwhile, there's no word on whether the Mi Mix Mini will follow the trend of its precursor and not debut in other markets except China.

Readers are advised to bear in mind that none of this has been officially confirmed yet, and these rumors should be taken with a huge grain of salt.
