'Nintendo NES Classic Mini' A Success, SNES Mini To Debut Soon

"Nintendo NES Classic Mini" debuts successfully with its nostalgic games and an affordable price. The console is now sold out practically everywhere and with its surprising success, Nintendo is now planning to launch the SNES MINI soon as well as other game consoles that will feature Nintendo's classic games.

The "Nintendo NES Classic Mini" gives a fairly faithful experience of what was playing on the original console can be with Nintendo's top 30 games installed in it. At only $60, the console is a steal and a must-have purchase this holiday season. It is now sold out in many stores and will continue to sell likes hotcakes and can even beat the PS4 Pro consoles where it's quite ironic for the latest to be beaten by a less resolution and 40 years old game console.

This surprising success paves way for Nintendo's next roadmap of products where a SNES Mini is seen in the near future followed by Mini N64 and possible a Mini GameCube if the sales figure, the demand and the momentum it is creating will continue, according to Forbes.

A SNES Mini would have more sales potential than the Nintendo NES Classic Mini because it has more games, more iconic characters and more generations to remember. People of all ages would want to get the future SNES and if we are lucky, it will be on the market next Holiday Season.

According to Tech Radar, the SNES Mini should have the same classic design, the same controllers look but in wireless and have a new home button and an expandable game library.

The 30 games built into the "Nintendo NES Classic Mini" is undeniably good value given its low price point. But adding a few more for the SNES Mini can be awesome. People are urging to see "Super Mario World," "Super Mario Allstars," "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past," "Mario Kart," "Mega Man X," "Super Castlevania IV" and more. "Street Fighter II" would be the favorite fight game together with "Mortal Kombat" and "Donkey Kong" may be the most played game of the year.
