Taylor Swift Formula One US Grand Prix Concert: Preview It On Instagram

Austin will be at the epicenter of the mega U.S. Grand Prix event that gets underway in the Central Texan city this weekend. To ensure the event becomes a grand success, the management has also lined up a gala musical extravaganza that would see the likes of Taylor Swift belt out some of her biggest hits post a full racing schedule.

Not surprisingly, Taylor Swift has already set the pulses racing by providing her fans a sneak peeks of a few clips of her rehearsals, according to People. In one of the videos, the singer is seen strumming an acoustic guitar. Captioned 'At rehearsals,' the video has been made available on Instagram. Unfortunately, there are no vocals which no doubt would have breathed more life to the visuals.

In another clip, Swift is seen singing what inarguably is one of her biggest hits, 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together'.

"We want people to know this is the greatest sports and entertainment weekend they can have," Bobby Epstein, chairman of Circuit of the Americas said.

Swift's appearance during the Austin U.S. Grand Prix event will also be her only show for 2016, which makes it all the more special for her fans. However, it is not known if she will be unveiling any new music during the show. In any case, a new album from the Grammy winner is already rumored for the month end.

As for the Formula One event, this is the fifth time it is going to be held in Austin, according to USA Sports. The weather department is forecasting clear sunny days during the weekend, which has led organizers pinning high hopes of a sell-out crowd descending to the ground. It was raining cats and dogs last time.

Lewis Hamilton has been the winner here last year but is trailing Nico Rosberg by 33 points. Both hail from the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 team, which makes their duel all the more interesting.
