Real Estate Agents Offer Complimentary Bentleys

Two Phoenix-area real estate agents are so eager to move two high-end homes that they are offering complimentary Bentleys to buyers.

Confronted with selling one home with a listed value of $11.9 million and another with a listing of $16.9 million, Jeffrey S. Smith and Tim Halmekangas decided to try enticing buyers by making a $250,000 2012 Bentley Continental GT3 convertible each property's housewarming present.

"Even the most affluent buyer is intrigued by a value, and offering fine automobiles to accompany these exceptional properties is the frosting on the cake," said Jeffrey Smith, of The Smith Luxury Group, part of the West USA's Gallery Collection in Scottsdale.

The houses are located near Camelback Mountain on the outskirts of Phoenix.

The home listed at $16.9 million home has 16,000 square feet, eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a pool, two spas, a tennis court, 4.4 acres of land, and a five-car garage.

The $11.9 million home has 21,012 square feet, nine bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, an elevator, one acre of property, and an eight-car garage.

All it needs is seven more Bentleys.
