Those who love vintage cars must have known of the event called "Bellissima! The Italian Automotive Renaissance, 1945-1975" which was held at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville. Let us take a look at the models exhibited at the car show.
The event aimed to showcase different stunning and rare collections of cars and motorcycles that were actually owned and driven in the past. According to its website, Frist Center, "Bellissima!" is celebrating the times were automakers and motorcycle manufacturers were able to revive the industry after the World War II.
Meanwhile, Frist Center Chief Curator Mark Scala stated that the cars displayed are impressive in both visual and technical level. He also said that the vehicles displayed were able to provide an "optimistic language of the future."
"While providing a reminder of the role aesthetics can play in our daily lives, the exhibition also shows design excellence as a force that can transform a nation, in this case one that had recently been humbled by war, but which never lost its love for artistic expression in all aspects of life," Scala stated.

1. The Alfa Romeo Berlinetta Aerodinamica Tecnicas, known as BATs- some of the models include The 1955 Alfa Romeo BAT 9, a 1954 Alfa Romeo BAT 7, a 1953 BAT, and a 1946 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Speciale, to mention few.
2. Ferrari- models include a Ferrari Superamerica, a 1966 Ferrari 365 P Tre Posti, from the Luigi Chinetti Trust and a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, from the collection of Bernard and Joan Carl.
3. Lancia models- famous variants that are exhibited at the show are the Lancia Aurelia and The 1970 Lancia Stratos HF Zero (the lowest functional vehicle ever made).
4. A 1970 Lamborghini Miura S, from the collection of Morrie's Classic Cars, LLC.
5. The 1963 Chrysler Turbine Car.
