Porsche Macan Turbo Has New Performance Package; Full Details Here

Porsche is offering a new package that could make your Porsche Macan Turbo faster. Let us take a look at the details about the performance enhancer deal.

Those who own the said model may be contented with its features. However, Car and Driver reported that the latest package can even add up to 40 horsepower to the existing 400.

Aside from that, the website added that the deal consists of an additional maximum torque rises from 406 to 443 lb-ft, available from 1500 to 4000 rpm. The website itself has a testimony about the package.

As it turns out, the new kit of the Porsche Macan Turbo can raise speed from 165 mph to 169 mph. Thus far, it is comparable with BMW X3, the Mercedes-Benz GLC-class, and the Porsche's sister model, the Audi SQ5 when it comes to the performance.

As per the outlet, the other inclusion in the package are the following: "sports exhaust, lower suspension (by about an inch), new suspension geometry, uprated brakes, and the Sport Chrono package as standard."

On the other hand, the buyers will also receive a plastic engine cover with an inlay that says, "Porsche Exclusive Powerkit." Some other options come with a body kit and 21-inch wheels, or a Turbo interior package with carbon-fiber and microsuede trimmings.

As for the price, the package for the Porsche Turbo Macan might carry a tag price of  around €8000 (about $8930). According to Autoblog, the Turbo (with a capital T) is the fastest, most powerful model. Thus far, the new performance kit will surpass its current high-quality feature.
