2017 Kia Rio Sketches Revealed

The much anticipated 2017 Kia Rio new generation will debut on September 29 at the Paris Motor Show together with other innovative cars. But Kia Motors wanted to give us a glimpse of the said car as they released three image teasers of it that will give us an idea of where will the outlines of the future model be.

The released hand sketches by the South Korean car brand allow us to see more straight lines on the body of the 2017 Kia Rio. It has a drop and less pronounced roof with less wedges and an important evolution that makes it more like a family car rather than a sporty one. The engine of the car is still unknown for now but we only need to wait for a month to find out.

The interior changes are remarkable compare to the previous model, highlighting the more elaborate design of the dashboard, car seats improved and number of function buttons reduced. According to notes from Kia the 2017 Kia Rio will have a bigger wheelbase, so we can assume that it will result in a bigger room for the inside the car.

The 2017 Kia Rio will also have high-tech connectivity options that will help in both navigation and entertainment. Most importantly the car's safety feature is also enhance.

In recent years, Kia has taken a major leap in quality, investing in design and manufacturing centers in Germany, italy and California with the central study unit in Korea. This has been noticed both in the exterior design of their vehicles, and the settings and interior trim materials, providing a touch that can compete to its European rivals.

This is why, the Kia Rio, Kia's best selling brand, with 473,000 units sold last 2015 is expected to do do a good job to preserve their reputation and maintain or increase it sales globally.
