The 2016 Quail Motorsports occurred last Friday and the exclusive event showcased several vintages, high-end, modern, and most especially, colorful models in the show. Held at the Quail Lodge and Golf Club before The Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, the exclusive event wowed attendees with some of the car industry's most colorful and best-performing cars.

One of the most exclusive car events of the year, the 2016 Quail Motorsports Show graced Monterey Car Week with colorful banners. In celebration of BMW's 100-year anniversary, featured cars of the brand were the stars of the show alongside Lamborghini Miura coupes, sports cars, massive motorcycles that were both modern and classic designs, and best of all the most colorful cars of the century, reported AutoBlog.

The classic Porsche 356 was also considered as one of the crowd favorites. The petite car was first created way back 1948 through 1965 and was considered as the brand's first flagship model. Every year since then, the model had been on display during The Quail events and was always deemed to be one of the bests on display.

Another model that stood out was the Flying Italian - Ferrari 512. Created during the year 1971, the automobile had been participating in the Nurburgring race track and since only a few of the model were created, it was deemed to be worthy of display at the exclusive 2016 Quail Motorsports Show. Apart from the astounding models of the brand, Porsche racers had also been labeled as one of the top racers of all time.

Best of all, one of the rarest models in the car industry was also displayed at the event - the 1966 Red Lola T70 Mk2 Can-Am. As promised, the car was of red color, the star color of the event. Made by the British, the Lola has been linked to being similar with the Ford GT40.

The tickets for the Peninsula Signature Event were priced at $600 per head which sold out as early as it became available. Despite the expensive tickets, attendees attested that the value was worth it as the most colorful and high-performing automobiles of our time were displayed, reported Bloomberg.

For such an exclusive event like the 2016 Quail Motorsports Show, the luxury, sports, and most rare automobile models were showcased at the show. With such expensive tickets, attendees labeled the show as a price-worthy event that captured the very essence of its exclusivity.
