The New Hyundai Sanata Cruz Design Is Finally Here!

The new design of the Hyundai Santa Cruz is now final and ready for reproduction. Hyundai Motor America president and chief executive officer Dave Zuchowski that it's only a matter of how soon the official announcement will be.

It is likely that Hyundai will reveal the final model of the Santa Cruz and will begin selling it too in the upcoming International Motor Show in Detroit in January 2017. The model could then be in the US  and international market in the second half of 2017 or the first half of 2018.

The Hyundai Santa Cruz was presented as a concept at the Detroit Motor Show 2015 . With this prototype Hyundai entered the category of pick-ups. Pickups have one of the best sales recorded in world markets. Such is the case in the US where pick-ups such as the Ford F Series, year after year sales rise as consumers preferred pickup models.

While limited details about the model's design are known, sources revealed that the new Hyundai Santa Cruz, though being a pickup will still sit on the modern platform of the recent Tucson. This will allow the model to provide high levels of safety and versatility , as the Hyundai SUV has chassis monkey helmet and independent rear suspension. The use of this platform makes us intuit that the new Hyundai Santa Cruz use common aesthetic elements in Tucson as a headlamp with LED technology (optional) or the typical hexagonal radiator grille of the firm. The tail lamps will also be similar with the Tucson.

With regards to the mechanical and engines, the brand has not yet confirmed the engines that Hyundai Santa Cruz will use. The reason would be in the final choice of markets that will be addressed, since the mechanical diesel are not the most in demand in the American market.
