Tesla Plans to Open Production Facilities in India

 The co-founder and CEO of the company have exposed that Tesla Motors will construct a Gigafactory in the countries of Europe, China, and India.

Moreover, Nitin Gadkari, the Road & Transport Minister, visited the headquarters of the company in America have also presented a land for the opening of the factory in India. In the near future, it can be expected that the Tesla Motors will be able to start exporting their "Make In India" vehicles to the international markets.

Tesla has just released its latest car which is the Tesla Model 3 compact sedan but in a span of a couple of years, it is possible for the car to be available in India. He said, "The Gigafactory is vital for the future of Tesla in order to produce this affordable mass-market electric car which has been our goal from the beginning."

Just some weeks ago, he has exposed the new project the company is generating that is very much significant to the future of the company.

The company's new master plan involves about expanding the electric vehicles to electric trucks and electric buses or electric mass transportation vehicle.

The CEO also revealed that the company is still in the process of developing electric cars that do not need drivers for the better and easier transportation in the future. Tesla has just recently assimilated the company's own solar power start-up which was called the Solar City.

The current product portfolio of Tesla Motors now included the Tesla Model S, Model X and the Model 3. The three cars have some unique features. The Tesla Model S is described to be a full-sized sedan that has a driving range of 435 km.

The other one, the Model X is an SUV that has some falcon wings and has a driving range of 400 km. The Model 3, on the other hand, is a compact sedan, it was just recently launched in April but it can be available for pre-booking.
