Kim Kardashian Receives Condolence Flowers for Her Dead Blackberry

Last week, reality star Kim Kardashian-West was all over the news mourning the loss of her dead Blackberry Bold. In a series of tweets, Kardashian-West explained that she depended heavily on her old mobile phone and though she knew this day would come, she was unprepared when her Blackberry finally bit the dust.

Feeling lost and sad, Kardashian-West asked her legions of fans what mobile phone to get, saying she needs multiple mobile phones for work.

Model Chrissy Teigen learned what happened to her superstar friend through the wonders of social media and promptly sent condolence flowers to Kardashian-West bids to help overcome her loss for a beloved piece of technology.

Together with the flowers is a handwritten note: "I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how much you loved your BB. You were both very lucky to have each other and you will always have the memories. Xoxo Chrissy."

After receiving the elaborate bouquet of flowers, Kardashian-West was so touched by the gesture that she later posted a short clip to Instagram, gushing over how her friend understands her pain.

Meanwhile, Blackberry executive Alex Thurber said that the company would be sending another Blackberry handset to Kardashian to replace her discontinued Bold. The executive noted that Blackberry would be sending "their most secure Android smartphone," but Kardashian remains inconsolable, posting a cartoon avatar of herself with a large tear on the cheek.

Unfortunately, the newer Blackberry models no longer sport the company's signature keyboard, something that Kardashian loved. However, Thurber said the company could be bringing back this iconic feature on newer devices.

Despite owning several iPhones, Kardashian-West cherished her Blackberry Bold, even going as far as browsing eBay in search for sellers.  In 2014, Kardashian-West famously expressed her devotion for Blackberry Bolds, telling Recode's Code/Mobile conference that her Blackberry Bold in her "heart and soul" and she will never get rid of it.
