Volkswagen Presents Five New Custom Vehicles For Summer As They Focus On Enthusiast Crowd

Volkswagen is launching five new cars for the summer as they tend to focus on the enthusiast crowd. These will be included in the "Enthusiast Show Fleet."

I4U News reported that the American Volkswagen is offering three Golds, a Passat, and a Jetta GLI for their customers. The latest models, which have vibrant and bold colors, will be showcased by the company throughout the summer.

The first model is the Golf 1.8 T. This car is reminiscent of the Bali green paint from the Mk1 Volkwsagen rabbit. Although the color gives people a nostalgic feel of the old Rabbit, the latest model is equipped with modern technology. It reportedly has yellow headlight, tinted mirrors, a 19-inch BB super wheels, and a smooth engine that could let you drive fast.

The German automaker also installed a set of H&R coil-overs to drop the ride's height by two inches. For the design, you could see that the vehicle has a black stripe along the bottom of the doors to complete the retro feel.

The next model is the Jetta GLI. Volkswagen equipped this vehicle with 18 inch Neuspeed RSe52 wheels. The rear seats of the car can be folded so it gives drivers more space to carry tools and other essential equipment. This is the perfect road and track car, Car and Driver shared. Its bold red color makes it even more attractive as it goes well with all the seasons and not just summer.

As for the Passat, it is being marked as the most outstanding among all the latest model released by Volkswagen. It is painted with Satin Ocean Shimmer blue and is equipped with 20-inch Vossen wheels. It also has a Boden Autohaus air suspension system so that the underbody is as close to the ground as possible. Another bonus for this model is the AccuaAir E-Level and Touchpaid air management system.

The last two Golfs are the GTI and R. For GTI, it comes with 20-inch tires while R sports 19-inch black aluminum alloy wheels. GTI is painted purple with a gold stripe that runs along the bottom of the doors while R sports a sleek white with a matte black roof.

Volkswagen's "Enthusiast Show Fleet" kicked off last weekend in Savannah, Georgia but they can still be caught in Tacoma, Washington this June 16, Englishtown, New Jersey on July 16-17, Burlington, Vermont this coming August 5-7, Fontana, California on August 13-14, Ocean City, Maryland on October 1 and 2 and in Westwego, Louisiana this October 8-9.
