Chris Brown Ramps Up Porsche 911 Turbo With the Russian Topcar Stinger Body Kit

Chris Brown recently showcased his Porsche 911 Turbo S featuring the Stinger GTR body kit. The R&B singer is among the first in the United States to own the car with the Russian setup.

Topcar, the famous Russian aftermarket tuning company, created the Stinger GTR body kit. Topcar is currently headquartered in Moscow, Russia, but recently began introducing their creations to custom shops in Miami and California.

Auto Evolution reveals that according to Topcar, it takes about one month to produce two Stinger GTRs. Each body kit costs $40,000. The predominantly carbon fiber setup includes a unique hood, front apron with a splitter and air intakes, side skirts with air intakes, front fenders with air vents, door pads, LED light insert, fuel cap and rear fenders. The body kit also included a wing fitting, although Brown most likely preferred keeping the stock exhaust look.

Brown’s black Porsche 911 Turbo was fitted by Platinum Motorsport. A white offset racing stripe was added and 21-inch white ADV5 MV2 SL rims were fitted, providing a good contrast with its dark body.

The Drive reports that Brown took care of all the logistics through Scottsdale Sports Car Group, an outfitter based in Arizona which dealt with the Russian company.

Brown’s starting model was a 2016 911 Turbo S, with a 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine with 560 horsepower and 516lb-ft of torque. After the Topcar body kit was installed, the car was more powerful by 60 horsepower and 95 lb-ft of torque. The redesigned Porsche could accelerate from 0 to 60mph in under three seconds.

Platinum Motorsport shared an image of the customized Porsche on Instagram.

“1st Things 1st. Excited to announce the debut of the 1st@topcarfanpage Porsche 991 Turbo S Stinger GTR in North America!! Commissioned in Proper Form,” captioned the company.

Chris Brown was apparently excited with the Topcar setup and also took to Instagram to show a photo of himself with his new ride. The singer referred to it as “Night rider.”

Brown did not indicate how much the car and custom setup cost. The starting retail price of the 2016 Porsche 911 Turbo S is $188,000. The black beauty would certainly be a great addition to Brown’s car collection, which includes a Lamborghini Aventador, Bugatti Veyron and Range Rover, among others. The celebrity’s recent purchase would also help boost Topcar’s popularity as it attempts to penetrate the U.S. market.

More updates and details on the Stinger GTR body kit are expected soon.
