It appears that the Formula E racecars strikingly resemble the Formula 1 series. The features that are integrated on the Formula E boasts of grand features and innovative upgrades.

A prior post from Quart showcased how the Formula E is comparable to the Formula 1 but the main thing that set each of these cars apart is that the noise. Since the Formula 1 is known for its rugged built and noise, the Formula E is set on a different path.

The Formula E is eerily quiet and offers more tranquility than the Formula 1. Though the Formula E still has a long way to go, it boasts of providing a 150 mph on the track in comparison to the 220 mph for Formula 1 cars. For those that have first-hand experience with the car, "It's a whole new experience, and it's exciting," said Joe Medina, a self-declared car-racing aficionado who joined the race.

In line with that, even FIA Formula E's CEO rendered his own thoughts as well. "We want to bring the races to the people. The races are kid friendly and you can actually have a conversation," said CEO Alejandro Agag. Furthermore, it stands out that the electric variety of cars these days are pushing carmakers to its limits to ensure stability and dominance.

"Formula E is going completely autonomous with the all-new Roborace series slated for the upcoming race season." added Tech Radar. At the same time, during the GTC developer conference, it was already affirmed by Nvidia that the autonomous, electric race cars would integrate the Nvidia Drive PX 2, which is a supercomputer designed for self-driving cars.

Needless to say, technology is one of the driving forces that push carmakers to reach new heights, there may be similarities at some point but the uniqueness always stands out. Even though the Formula E race cars resemble the Formula 1, the differences are still depicted and identified in more ways than one.
