Taylor Swift Featured on Tony Kanaan's New Indy Car (PHOTOS)

Former Indianapolis 500 champ Tony Kanaan is in a slump. The Indy car vet is in the middle of his second season with Chip Ganassi Racing yet he hasn't recorded a single win all season.

Enter Taylor Swift.

The Grammy winner will be featured all over Kanaan's No. 10 car this weekend for the Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix, according to Chip Ganass Racing.

Here's what the car will look like:

So what made the Brazilian driver modify his racecar with photos of Swift and art from her album "1989?" For starters, Kanaan's racing team has a partnership deal with Swift's record company Big Machine Records.

More importantly though, the 40-year-old is hoping some of Swift's recent success will "carry over" onto the racetrack this weekend.

"I'm hoping that some of Taylor's luck we saw last weekend at the Billboard Music Awards will carry over with me into our doubleheader in Detroit," Kanaan said in a media statement.

By the way, Swift will be in Detroit on Saturday for the next stop of her "1989" tour, which makes complete sense.

Swift won eight Billboard Music Awards on May 17 in Las Vegas. Hopefully, there won't be any "Bad Blood" between the two if Kanaan doesn't take home a trophy himself this weekend.

The Belle Isle Grand Prix features a race on Saturday and Sunday, each at 3:30 p.m. on ABC.
