Lincoln Continental Concept Debuts: 2015 New York International Auto Show (FIRST LOOK)

Just as Cadillac is preparing to launch its renaissance in New York with the CT6 luxury sedan, timed with this week's auto show, Lincoln seems to have woken from a slumber—and will present the resplendent Continental concept you see here.

Just look at the lines. Blending subtle exterior lines with outrageously styled wheels, it has presence unlike any current Lincoln model. Even the enormous Navigator.

We've fallen hopelessly in love with the tapering rear end, which blends Jaguar and Bentley style, eschewing past Continental concepts' designs.

The driver's compartment looks almost production-ready. Is that a sign?

And the rear seat looks almost regal, with ample space for two to lounge.

We'll have a better look at the Continental when we see it in the sheetmetal, perhaps as early as later today.
